For the Caliph iPhone app, website, and Chrome extension

Contact us

Email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and where: the iPhone app, the website, or the Chrome extension. If it’s about your account, write from the email address you signed up with.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to set a new one. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.

No confirmation email

After you sign up, Caliph emails you a link to confirm your address. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new link on the Check your email screen.

Delete your account

In the iPhone app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and enter your password. This deletes your account and everything saved in it, on every device. If you don’t use the iPhone app, email us from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it. More about your data
