Do I need Pro?
No. On Free, Caliph does what it’s for: when you open a distraction, your tasks show up instead. Pro is for when three websites and three apps aren’t enough, or you want to set the pause yourself.
I already use Caliph. What happens to me?
Every account made before Pro launches gets Pro free for a year after it launches. Until then, everyone has every feature.
Does Pro work on all my devices?
Yes. Pro belongs to your Caliph account, so it works in the iPhone app, on the website and in the Chrome extension, wherever you bought it.
Who handles the payment?
On the website, our reseller Paddle.com handles the payment, tax and receipts. In the iPhone app, Apple does. The prices here are in US dollars; before you pay, Paddle or Apple shows the price in your currency, with any tax.
Can I cancel?
Any time. If you bought on the website, open Caliph, go to Settings › Plan and choose Manage. If you bought in the iPhone app, cancel in your iPhone’s Settings. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your tasks, sites and settings stay. You just can’t add more than Free allows until you buy Pro again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a payment. See the refund policy.
