Refund policy

This policy covers Caliph Pro, the paid plan of Caliph from Cubeshell LLC. Caliph’s free plan costs nothing. Prices and what Pro includes are on the pricing page.

Bought on the website

Our reseller Paddle.com processes orders on caliphapp.com and app.caliphapp.com and is the merchant of record for them.

• Within 14 days. If Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you’ll get that payment back in full. This applies to monthly and yearly payments, including renewals.
• How to ask. Email [email protected] from your account’s email address, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle returns the money to the way you paid.
• After 14 days. Payments aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel any time to stop the next payment; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• What a refund ends. When we refund a payment, we also cancel the subscription, so Pro ends.

Bought in the iPhone app

Apple handles payments in the iPhone app, and only Apple can refund them. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To stop future payments, cancel in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
